Varetech Labs provides reputation management, website building, and A.I. scheduling services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a separate agreement for each engagement.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely access where needed, and to use our services lawfully. You are responsible for the accuracy of content you provide for your website and communications.
4. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you own the final website and custom content we create for you. We retain rights to underlying tools, frameworks, and pre-existing components.
5. Limitation of liability
Varetech Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
